At the time of the merger with Lloyd Wise in November 2007, Marks & Clerk had the combined resources of two representative offices in Mainland China. In addition to the Marks & Clerk Shanghai office, the network included the long-established Lloyd Wise representative office in Beijing. In 2011, the resources of both offices were combined into one office in Beijing.
